For this project I wanted to try and capture a long range of elements. I was able to get textures from brick, metal, wood, and water. The other thing I tried with these shots was to do all the editing manually. What I mean by that is that none of these images have been touched by a computer. What you see is what was shot.

Photo With Intent

I am going to try and recreate this image of the star trails. I really enjoy the night photography and I want to combine that with the light painting in a very special way. By leaving the shutter open for a very long time I will hope to capture Earths rotation thus making the stars streak across the sky. I really like all the lines in contrast with the silhouette of the trees.

I was able to capture the star trails to an extent but because I had a very bright moon to my back I had too much light so I was not able to leave the shutter open long enough to capture ful circles.

I used a flashlight to paint the star and then flashed it over my sister so that she would appear in the photo.
